Return Details:

  • Returns Period: You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item.
  • Restocking Fees: We do not charge a restocking fee.
  • Processing Time for Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your return.
  • Shipping Costs for Returns: The shipping costs for returns are at your expense.
Return Policy for Pre-owned/Pre-loved Items
  • New Items: Only new items are returnable within our standard 30-day return policy.
  • Pre-owned/Pre-loved Items: These items are non-returnable.
Process for Pre-owned/Pre-loved Items:
  • Before shipping, we will send you a detailed video of the pre-owned/pre-loved item.
  • If you decide to decline the purchase after viewing the video, we will provide a full refund.
  • If you accept the item after viewing the video, please note that the item will not be eligible for return or refund.
 

Return Policy Based on Delivery Day:

Our returns policy is designed with fairness and transparency in mind, focusing on the delivery date rather than the date of purchase. This approach ensures that you have enough time to evaluate your purchase. If your item is in transit more than the 30-day return window, we will adjust your return based on the delivery date. The return period starts from the day you receive your item.

Conditions for Returns:

Cancel Order:

  • To cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact our customer service at admin@vuitonix.shop.
  • We will confirm your cancellation and refund you to the original payment method.

Damaged on Arrival:

  • Check your order upon delivery.
  • For items damaged in transit, please contact us immediately with a description of the damage and, if possible, photos.
  • We will arrange a return, replacement, or refund at your choice.

Change of Mind:

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if you change your mind.
  • Returned items must be in original, unused condition with tags and original packaging.
  • Please contact our support team to start the returns process.

Exchange:

  • For exchanges, follow the same returns process as for a change of mind.
  • After the return has been accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

Wrong Product Received:

  • If you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately.
  • We will arrange a return and send the correct item at no extra cost.

Submit a Return:

  • Contact Us: Email admin@vuitonix.shop with your order number and the reason for return.
  • Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and shipping label if applicable.
  • Pack and Ship: Return the item in its original condition and packaging. Follow the instructions which will be provided to you for returning to the address provided.
  • Attach Required Documents: Include the return authorization and any photos for damage or defect claims with your return.
